Our League is divided into three levels of play, Intermediate (3.0-3.5), Advanced Intermediate (4.0) and Advanced (4.5+). We also offer an Advanced Beginner Clinic program for teams that are not ready to compete.

It took two days of starting and stopping play, but the third seeded Maria Sharapova advanced to a 2012 U.S. Open semifinal matchup with Victoria Azarenka on Wednesday, overcoming a slow start against France's Marion Bartoli where she fell behind 0-4 yesterday before rain halted play. Today, when play resumed, Bartoli took the first set 6-3, before Sharapova fought back capturing the final two sets 6-3, 6-4. In the third set, Sharapova broke Bartoli twice and only lost serve once herself and held on for the win.

The 2011 Fall Metro Corporate Tennis League came to an end in December. In the Advanced Division, the New York Junior Tennis League (NYJTL) team got past PwC in the first round of the playoffs to advance to the league finals where they defeated Credit Agricole to win the 2011 Advanced Championship at Roosevelt Island Racquet Club.
