Mo Money, Less Problems

I’d like to bring a small snack and a bottle of water when I go to watch the U.S. Open, but I don’t because it’s just not worth the hassle. The security screening line which ensures that no unauthorized PB and J sandwiches threaten the event is enormous.

If convenience is high on your list of priorities and you opt to enter with just the necessities—a boat load of cash or your American Express card—you will be whisked inside faster than Usain Bolt with the wind at his back.

This reminds me of the first time I convinced my parents to let me go to the city with my friends. They told me "if someone tries to hold you up, give them your money it’s not worth it."

A glass of water from your tap … free. A small bottle of Evian at the U.S. Open … priceless (well actually $3.75)!
