The 2022 NYJTL Bronx Open continued on Tuesday with action in both the qualifying and main draws, and we have already seen the first major upset of the tournament. New York’s own Louisa Chirico upended top-seeded Daria Saville 4-6, 6-1, 6-1 to advance on Tuesday.
Chirico will take on the winner of Ashlyn Kruegr and Oksana Selekhmeteva.
