The Lions will host a first-round NCAA Tournament match on Friday, May 11 against Monmouth at the USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center.

The Columbia Men’s Tennis team captured its fifth straight Ivy League title this past weekend, and as a result qualified for the NCAA Tournament.

The Lions will host a first-round NCAA Tournament match on Friday, May 11 against Monmouth at the USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center.

Monmouth is the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference (MAAC) champion that enters the tournament with a 15-13 record.

Preceding the Columbia-Monmouth match will be Virginia taking on Virginia Commonwealth University. The winners of each match advance to the second-round on Saturday, May 12 for a chance to reach the Sweet 16, which takes place at the Wake Forest Tennis Complex in Winston-Salem, North Carolina.
