Johanna Konta, currently ranked No. 14 in the world and a three-time Grand Slam semifinalist, will be one of the top players competing in the NYJTL Bronx Open later this month.

Professional women’s tennis arrives in the Bronx this month as the NYJTL Bronx Open makes its debut at The Cary Leeds Center for Tennis & Learning, and will run from Friday, August 16 through Saturday, August 24.

The player field for the main draw is out, and some of the top players from the WTA will compete in the inaugural tournament, including young American Danielle Collins.
