Queens Beats Saint Thomas Aquinas In Key ECC Battle

The Queens College men’s tennis team notched a key East Coast Conference (ECC) victory over Saint Thomas Aquinas on Wednesday afternoon.

The Knights went on the road to notch the 8-1 victory, winning two of the three doubles matches and sweeping all six singles flights to complete the convincing victory. At first singles, Gabriel Mendez won 6-3, 3-6, 10-2 over Aaron Stahl to lead the way for Queens.

Queens improves to 14-4 overall and 4-0 in ECC play, and will return to action next week.
