Livianu won all three of her matches in the Brooklyn Singles Draw, never dropping a set in her three wins over Hofstra’s Michal Kaplan in the quarterfinals, Columbia’s Melissa Sakar in the semifinals and, lastly, Jennifer Kerr of Columbia 6-4, 7-5 in the finals.

Next weekend, Livianu heads to Malibu, Calif. to compete in the Oracle/ITA Masters Tournament, which takes place at Pepperdine University and the Malibu Racquet Club. Livianu reached the quarterfinals of the tournament a year ago.
