I can’t help but daydream about what I would love to be able do when our home exodus begins. Of course, there are the really important things to do first, but here is my Top 10 list, in no particular order, of some of the small pleasures that summer brings.

What’s on your list? Here’s mine:

10. Watch every single minute of the Tour De France on TV.

9. Sip wine at a North Fork Winery.

8. Eat dinner in the city while it’s still light out.

7. Sit outside with a cup in the early morning at a coffee shop.

6. Hike a difficult trail at Harriman State Park.

5. Do the 7:00 a.m. workout on a Saturday at Robert Moses Beach.

4. Mountain bike the 25-mile loop at Rocky Point.

3. Do a 50-mile road ride on the North or South Fork.

2. Go to a theater to see the next Marvel movie with the regular crew.

1. Go to an outdoor concert at Forest Hills Stadium.
