There is perhaps no player in the women’s singles draw of the French Open that has looked better than Caroline Wozniacki, and the No. 2 seed put that on display once again on Friday.

Wozniacki won the first 11 games of her third round match against France’s Pauline Parmentier, and despite a late surge from her opponent, the Dane closed things out 6-0, 6-3 to book her spot in the fourth round.

The Australian Open champion has now lost just five games in her last five sets at Roland Garros, a run that began after she outlasted American Danielle Collins in the first-set tiebreaker of her opening round match.

Wozniacki moves on to play No. 14 seed Daria Kasatkina of Russia, who beat Maria Sakkari 6-1, 1-6, 6-3 in her match on Friday.

American Madison Keys delivered an impressive performance in beating No. 21 seed Naomi Osaka 6-1, 7-6(7).

“I’m figuring it out a little bit more every time I’m on this surface,” said the No. 13 seed Keys. “It grows on me a little bit more every year. A lot of times I either get too passive or too aggressive, so it’s about finding that middle ground and remembering great matches which I have had on clay courts.”

Keys hopes to carry that mentality into a fourth round showdown with No. 31 seed Mihaela Buzarnescu.

The Romanian pulled off a major upset on Friday as she ousted No. 4 seed Elina Svitolina 6-3, 7-5.

“Today, really, I was off and couldn’t find my rhythm, my game. I was really struggling,” said Svitolina. “On the other hand, she was playing great tennis. She was really, really on the ball.”
