The International Tennis Federation (ITF) confirmed on Wednesday that there will be increased drug testing for players at this year’s Wimbledon, according to Reuters.

The All-England Club, where the tournament is held, has organized funds for extra testing by the United Kingdon Anti-Doping (UKAD).

In a statement to Reuters, Wimbledon said:

“In addition to the TADP (Tennis Anti-Doping Program) In-Competition testing, the AELTC (All-England Lawn Tennis & Croquet Club) will be implementing additional anti-doping measures for The Championships 2016, the details of which are required to remain confidential.

As all anti-doping testing is carried out independently of the tournament organizers, we are not able to comment on the level of testing which will take place other than to say that we are fully supportive of a comprehensive In-Competition and Out-of-Competition testing program.”

Wimbledon also announced that it will be providing analysis of match data and betting patterns during this year’s tournament in light of the match-fixing scandals that were brought to light earlier this year.
