Ferdinand Leads Beacon to Shutout Victory

Nyla Ferdinand won her match at first singles to lead Beacon to the 5-0 victory over the High School for American Studies on Wednesday afternoon.

Naisha Rathi won her match at second singles, while Mia Sarzynska notched a third singles victory. To round out the scoring for Beacon, Maya Joy Ollivierre & Patrycja Filonik won their first doubles match, and Anna Struthers & Jacqueline Metzler were winners at second doubles.

Beacon is now 7-1 on the season, and sits in first place in League A3.
