Brooklyn Tech Sneaks Past James Madison to Remain Undefeated

Defending New York City champions Brooklyn Tech remained unbeaten on the season with a tight 3-2 victory over James Madison on Tuesday afternoon.

James Madison would win first singles as Nadejda Maslova defeated Alina Abramoff 10-2, but Brooklyn Tech would take the second and third singles courts, thanks to Maryna Bohdanovska and Audrey Simon, respectively.

The Engineers’ third victory came from its second doubles team as Naysa and Oralie Gabriel notched a 10-5 win over Aleksandra Popova and Veronika Tsiko.
