Francis Lewis Moves Into First Place Tie With Win

Francis Lewis defeated Forest Hills 4-1 on Tuesday afternoon, improving its record to 5-2 and into a first-place tie with Forest Hills in New York City’s A1 League.

Wen Shan Lin won 10-3 at first singles, while Hee Joo Shin won at second singles and Evgenia Sakellaridis notched a victory at third singles.

In the doubles flights, Paulina Kalinkos & Rachel Alvarado were winners in the second doubles spot, while Forest Hills’ lone victory came from Anna Kolbun & Morgan Jones at first doubles.
