The Queens College women’s tennis team finished its season on Sunday afternoon, falling to Concordia 5-4 in the NCAA Division II East Region #2 final.
Making its 16th straight appearance in the NCAA tournament, the Knights got off to a good start thanks to its doubles play.

Concordia would take the third doubles flight to get on the board. The Knights would then get a 6-2, 6-3 win at third singles from Sobiecka and a 6-0, 6-4 win from Abdallah at fourth singles to take the commanding 4-2 lead.
But Concordia would win the final three singles matches, completing the comeback and advancing to the NCAA Round of 16.
