The draw for the 2018 French Open was revealed on Thursday, and one of the more intriguing first-round matchups on the men’s singles side was the all-American matchup between John Isner and Long Island’s Noah Rubin.

“I’m truly excited going into this tournament,” Rubin told Long Island Tennis Magazine. “I got a great four matches in Geneva prior to Roland Garros which has prepared me extremely well. Few days to get my body back ready and then it begins. Playing Isner will be a lot of fun because it truly comes down to a few areas of importance. [I’m] excited for the test.”

The winner of the Rubin-Isner match will face the winner between Horacio Zeballos and Yuichi Sugita in the second round.
