The Tottenville Pirates won its fourth straight match on Thursday, edging New Dorp 3-2 in a New York City League A4 road matchup.

It was the singles play that proved to be the decider in this one, as the Pirates won all three singles flights while New Dorp won both doubles flights.

Paulina Daugis notched an 8-2 victory over Simone Fridman at first singles, Alexia Adragna defeated Tamar Amirov 8-0 at second singles and Karina Karazhbey secured the win with an 8-4 win at third singles.

The victory improves Tottenville to 7-1 on the year, tied with Susan Wagner atop the A4 standings. Susan Wagner moved past Port Richmond 5-0 on Thursday to move to 7-1 on the season.
