This year marks the US Open debut of the popular NYC sandwich shop, Salt Hank’s. Originally gaining a large following through social media, Salt Hank’s has become one of NYC’s most talked-about sandwich destinations. Available to fans in the US Open’s Food Village, Salt Hank’s will feature its French Dip sandwich, made with thinly sliced prime rib, piled onto a rustic baguette with caramelized onions, horseradish aioli and provolone cheese, served with a side of jus for dunking.

Also joining this year’s lineup is a Flatiron District favorite, Cosme. With a menu curated by world-renowned Chef Enrique Olvera and his team, Cosme’s dishes are rooted in Mexican flavors and traditions that celebrate local and seasonal ingredients from New York and the surrounding region.
