USTA Announces Revamped U.S. Open Schedule
Due to the schedule changes caused by the inclement weather this week at the 2011 U.S. Open, the USTA has released a revised schedule of matches to accommodate both ticket holders and the remaining matches at the events.
â–ºMen’s Singles Quarterfinals (Session #20): The remaining Men’s Singles Quarterfinals will be played on Friday, Sept. 9, with gates opening at 10:00 a.m. The tickets from the originally cancelled Session #20 on Wednesday, Sept. 7 night session will now be honored for this rescheduled session.
â–ºMen’s Singles Semifinals (Session #24): The Men’s Singles Semifinals (Session #24) remains as scheduled for Saturday during the day, Sept. 10 with gates opening at 10:00 a.m.
â–ºWomen’s Singles Semifinals (Session #23): The Women’s Singles Semifinals (Session #23), originally scheduled for Friday, Sept. 9, have been moved to Saturday night, Sept. 10, with gates opening at 6:00 p.m.
â–ºWomen’s Singles FInal (Session #25): The Women’s Singles Final (Session #25) is rescheduled for Sunday, Sept. 11at 4:00 p.m. with gates opening at 11:00 a.m. and the doubles match is to be determined.
â–ºMen’s Singles Final (Session #26): The Men’s Singles Final (Session #26) has been rescheduled for Monday, Sept. 12 at 4:00 p.m. with gates opening at 11:00 a.m. with the doubles match to be determined.
