I believe in science and if you spend hours a day staring at a screen, then you believe in science too (or you are insane, or perhaps both…but more about that later).

This virus doesn't have a nationality or a race but it loves when you touch your face and hates soap. Science tells us this.  

Much of what I hear today is pseudo-science, wishful thinking or a game of telephone in a horror movie gone terribly wrong. Stay safe by trusting science. 

As Charles Darwin said,  "Ignorance more frequently begets confidence than does knowledge: It is those who know little, and not those who know much, who so positively assert that this or that problem will never be solved by science.”

Steven Kaplan is the owner and managing director of Bethpage Park Tennis Center, as well as director emeritus of Lacoste Academy for New York City Parks Foundation and executive director and founder of Serve & Return Inc. Steve has coached more than 1,100 nationally-ranked junior players, 16 New York State high school champions, two NCAA Division 1 Singles Champions, and numerous highly-ranked touring professionals.
